These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions , the use of this website and any purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the State of Texas and the laws of the United States of America applicable therein. Any and all fraudulent activities will be reported to the appropriate state and/or local government agencies.
Items purchased Lindentree Boutique or Lindentreeboutique.com are to be used only for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Lindentree Boutique cannot be held responsible for intentional or unlawful misuse of products purchased herein. The purchaser agrees to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by the purchaser. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to purchase items on Lindentree Boutique, and should seek the assistance of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years. International customers are responsible for any and all duties and taxes required by their customs department. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and return costs for items that are denied at the port of entry.

Lindentree Boutique reserves the right to correct errors and inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including pricing, availability and delivery times. All prices listed on this website are in US Dollars, and all charges will be processed in US Dollars.

Shipping
For your convenience, we offer USPS Priority & UPS Ground delivery services. The cost of your shipment is dependent upon the delivery option chosen, as well as the weight, dimensions and value of the items purchased. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If a package is found undeliverable due to the actions of the purchaser (negligence in communicating with delivery service, incorrect address, suite number or phone number), the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery address. The purchaser is also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Lindentree Boutique for exchanges and/or edited orders.
Our shipping pricing is as follows:
For orders up to $20.00 --$5.95
$20.01 to $50.00--$7.95
$50.01 to $74.99--$8.95
$75.00 to $99.00--$9.95
All orders over $99 receive free shipping, excluding expedited shipping.

International shipments will receive an additional email with the correct additional postage listed based on the order and location being shipped. This will require your authorization to continue with the purchase.

If you are in need of an item quicker than what is offered, send us a message and we will accommodate if possible. Additional shipping charges will apply and will be billed separately at the time of shipment.

Expedited delivery services may not be available for larger, bulky items or international shipments.

Please report any and all shipping damages to Lindentree Boutique immediately. All packaging and packing materials must be retained. Lindentree Boutique cannot be held responsible for shipping damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt. A claim must be filed with the delivery service for any and all shipping damages.

We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We take great care with each and every order, no matter how big or small. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once the order is shipped.
Gift Wrapping
We will gladly gift wrap any item that can be gift wrapped (except for orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and oversized items) in our signature gift wrap or gift box with a card for an extra $4.00 per item.
Hassle-Free Returns/Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your purchases but if for some reason you’re not, we will gladly return or exchange your merchandise.
Please contact us at orders @lindentreeboutique.com or you can reach us by phone at 936-648-6359 within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Sale or closeout items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.Custom and special orders are not returnable or exchangable.

You will be given a Return Authorization # to include with your return. Merchandise sent back without a RA # may take longer to process.
Please note, we will not credit or pay for return shipping on any order unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. We will not accept returns without the RA # written on the outside of the box. If you need to return an item, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS Ground with insurance, as we can't process a return we have not received.
Please allow 2 weeks for refunds or credits to be processed and appear on your statement
Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise in the original packaging.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates are based on shipping time plus order processing time.

Regular, Unexpedited orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. Regular ground shipping via USPS or UPS can take anywhere from 1-9 days depending on how comprehensive delivery services are in your area. Remote areas can expect longer delivery times than major urban centers.

If Overnight Delivery is desired, it is recommended that you call 936-648-6359 or email info@lindentreeboutique.com after placing your order to ensure same-day processing. After Hours, please leave a message. We check messages each morning. Overnight Delivery may not be possible for orders placed after 3pm Central Standard Time.

Because of the nature of many of our items, personalized items may take up to 17 business days to reach you. If you are needing an order faster than that, please send us a message when you order and we will try to accommodate if possible.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Because of the popularity of certain items, we occasionally find ourselves backordered on things ordered online. In addition, some items are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, items ordered together may not necessarily arrive together. This will not affect your shipping charges. You will be notified by phone or email if there are any shipping delays.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on special or custom ordered items. Special orders are items that are tailored to customers’ specifications or items offered by our suppliers not normally stocked or carried in our store. Lindentree Boutique attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are out of stock. Suppliers’ delivery times are approximate, and therefore a reasonable delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for order cancellation.

On occasion, items advertised on LindentreeBoutique.com are found to be discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In that event, you will be contacted by Lindentree Boutique either via email or telephone and notified. We will assist you in finding a comparable replacement product. If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the requested item and the rest of your order will be shipped accordingly.
